No. Healthy Weight Rx is a cash based clinic, which means we do not accept insurance. At Healthy Weight Rx we accept payments via debit card, credit card, HSA, or FSA.  

Depending on your treatment plan, some medications will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice and insurance can be used to purchase medications.

If you already have recent lab work completed within the last 6 months then treatment plans will be made same day with no additional lab fee. If labs are needed, initial lab work will be $50 and treatment plans will be made once results are received and reviewed. 

GLP-1 medications are ordered from a compounding pharmacy and range from $200-460 per month and includes initial consult, follow up appointments, medications, shipping cost, and supplies needed.

A La Carte medications can include but are not limited to Zepbound, Wegovy, Contrave (naltrexone/bupropion), Precose (acarbose), or Xenical (Orlistat). Plans are $99 per month and includes consult, follow up visits, and medications sent to local pharmacy of your choice. Insurances can be used to purchase medications sent to local pharmacies.
