How Our Program Works

Step 1: Book an Appointment
Start your journey by scheduling a new patient consultation. After booking, you will receive new patient forms via email. Please complete and submit these forms before your appointment. Once received, a provider will confirm your scheduled time.
Step 2: Establish Care with the Provider
During your initial consultation, you’ll spend up to 45 minutes with your provider. This appointment includes a thorough review of your health history and check-up. **If you have recent lab work completed in the last 3 months or medical records, please submit online to the patient portal. This information helps your provider tailor the best tests and treatment plan for you.
If you have record of recent lab work, then medications will be sent to the pharmacy same day.
If you already submitted your labs in this step, please skip to Step 4.
**Lab work must include the following: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipids, Hemoglobin A1C, and Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).

Step 3: Complete Lab Work
A comprehensive lab panel will be ordered to gain a full understanding of your health. Additional tests may be required based on initial findings. Initial lab work includes Complete Blood Count (CBC), Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipids, Hemoglobin A1C, and Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).
Lab orders will be sent to Rupa Health and can be drawn at LabCorp or other local blood draw sites. Blood draws are included in the price when done at LabCorp. If using other local blood draw sites, a separate fee directly to the blood draw site will be required (typically $15-$30). Rupa Health will provide you with local sites based on your zip code.
Step 4: Review Labs and Begin Treatment
Once your lab tests are completed and reviewed, you’ll discuss your lab results and develop a personalized health plan. If medications are prescribed, they will be shipped directly to your home along with instructions, or to your choice of pharmacy depending on your treatment plan. We’ll ensure you’re comfortable with the medications and offer ongoing support.

Step 5: Follow-Up
To ensure optimal results and adjust your plan as needed, your first follow-up appointment will be done in four weeks, and then are typically required every three months. The frequency may vary based on your individual needs and progress.
